It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William David McKelvie of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McKelvie and Annie McKelvie. He is survived by: his wife Prema; his children, Heather Cruickshanks (Leo), Prema Cooper (Wayne) and Fred Coulson (Wendy); his granddaughters, Sarah Cruickshanks (Mark) and Vanessa Cooper (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Anna and Emily; and his siblings, Neil (Lorna) and Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to covid, there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SPCA, Hope For Wildlife or charity of choice.
