He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elizabeth Higgins Perkins (Higgins); his children, Course, Deborah Timberlea (late Syd Maskell), Richard (Wendy) and Steven Keswick (Kellie); his grandchildren, Katie, Will, Scott, Evan, Ashley and Stephanie; his siblings, Reg, Margaret, Doris and Kathleen; his wife Rosemarie Borgald of Chester Basin; his son William; his father Reginald Perkins; and his brothers, David and John. He was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
