He was predeceased by: his parents, Chelsea L. Miller and Anna G. Miller (Westhaver); his son Charles William; his siblings, Sinclair and Beatrice; and his brothers-in-law, David Gange and Willis Boutilier.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia M. Miller (Coolen); his daughter Deborah Voege (Ted); his grandsons, Jason Miller (Yarmouth), Christopher Brewer (Ontario) and Robert (North West Cove); and his sisters, Betty Brophy (Halifax) and Patsy Boutilier (Aspotogan). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
