He was predeceased by: his parents, John Banks and Shirley Banks. He is survived by: his wife Kim Banks; his children, Danny Banks (Ashley), Christopher Banks (Yuko), Paula Such (Matt) and Keanu White; his grandchildren, Shaelynn Banks, Lincoln Such and Jack Such; and his siblings, Debbie Malone (Andre), Kelly Perry, Curt Banks (Dorothy) and Rod Banks (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
