She was predeceased by : her parents, William Ackroyd and Zillah Ackroyd (Parr); and her siblings, Byron, George, Bill, Gerald, Gary, Charles, Frances, Eva and Shirley.

She is survived by : her husband Kenneth "Ken" Wilson; her children, Rosemary (Corrie), David (Glenda), Tom (Sherri), Charles (Marilyn) and Janice (Ray); her grandchildren, Tia (Bobby), Derrick, Charles, Ethan, Edwin, Sophia and Stanley (Tania); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Owen, Taneka and Chris; her great great grandchildren, Ilian, Carder, Emma and Athena; and her siblings, Barb and Roger (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or IWK Children's Hospital.
