He was predeceased by : his parent John Goodwin; and his brother Jerome. He is survived by : his parent Catherine Goodwin (Ryan); his wife Sharon; his son Michael (Jolene); his granddaughter Macey; his siblings, Jerry (Gay-Anne), Jimmy British Columbia (Louella), Brenda Jamieson (Alex), Donna Lundrigan (Phonsie), John (Doreen), Barry of Frankville and Richard of Halifax; and his sister-in-law Leanne Goodwin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Paul Funeral Luncheon Fund.
