He was predeceased by : his parent Daniel Fougere; his grandson Jeremy; and his siblings, Sylvester, Arnold, Norbert, Seward, Ambrose, Gilbert, Kathleen, Doris, Rita and Stella.

He is survived by : his parent Charlotte Fougere (LeVangie); his wife Stella Manor; his daughter Doris Rehill (Robert) of Thorburn; his grandchildren, Brandon (Eli), Halifax, Amber (Henry), Cole Harbour, Matthew (Kayla) and Greenhill; his great grandchild Edison Townsend; his sister Ada; and also Glen Haven Manor.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Birthing Unit at IWK Hospital.
