With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Shirley Virginia Dauphinee of Hubbards, Nova Scotia, born in New Germany, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 4, 2023 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Mader and Virginia Mader; her husband H. Maurice; and her siblings, Marilyn and David.

She is survived by: her daughter Darlene O'Neill; her grandchildren, Jennifer Merrimen (Luke Merrimen) and Ryan O'Neill (Kyle Richardson); her great grandchildren, Graeme and Elizabeth; and her siblings, Ivan, Gordon (Thelma), Ross, Dennis (Wendy), Richard, Eric (Annette), Allen (Valerie), Theodore (Ruth), Barrie (Ken), Dawn, Carol Ann, Faye (Darrell Penney), Judith (Joseph Mullins), Patricia, Dianne (Kim Frittenburg) and Kimberly. She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, friends.
