He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Westhaver and Memlow Westhaver (Baker); and his former wife Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Marie McNeil (Dave); his stepchildren, Paul Huskins (Anna) and Wanda; his granddaughters, Tiffany Bremner-Spidle (Corey) and Emily Bremner; and his stepgrandchildren, Joey, Dakota, Tammy, Stephanie and Jessie.
