It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Victoria Schwartz of Hubbards, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney McGinn and Elizabeth (Bessy); and her husband John (JR). She is survived by: her son Victor (Linda); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Jim; her daughter Jill (Andrew Cochrane); her grandchildren, Shea (Shelbi Genge) and Brittannie (Robert Gallagher); and her great grandchild Benjamin.
