With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Elizabeth Dunphy (Ingonish Beach, Nova Scotia), born in Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 6, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Patrick Dunphy and Leona Agnes Dunphy (Doucette). She is survived by: her siblings, Cecil Dunphy, Terri Dunphy and Sharon Baker Stevenson; her sons, Patrick Powers and Jamie Powers (James Powers); and her grandchildren, Jayden Sams, Kendrick Sams, Lenix Sams, William Patrick Powers Lopez, Kalea MacLeod and Alynne Warren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joanne's memory may be made to Palliative care or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
