We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2020, at the age of 96, Mary Catherine Brewer (Ingonish Beach, Nova Scotia), born in Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Brewer; her parents, George Ed and Margaret McGean of Ingonish Centre; her children, Dennis and Virginia Hines (Brewer); her grandsons, Stephen Donovan and Shane Mobbs; her siblings, Amos McGean, Leo, Simon, Jack, Bill and Adeline; and her cousin Hattie Morrison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alexis Mossman (Vern), Carmen Mobbs (Ferguson) and Ruth-Ann Muldoon (Terry); and her sisters, Theresa Robinson and Donna Murphy (Hector). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren many neices and nephews.
Due to COVID 19, a funeral mass will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peters Catholic Church, Ingonish Beach or to the Highland Manor, Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia.
