He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm MacQuarrie and Janet MacQuarrie (MacLellan); his siblings, Stanley, Danena and Abby; his parents-in-law, Florence MacLean and Alexander MacLean; and his brothers-in-law, Al Chisholm, Neddy MacDonald and Malcolm MacKinnon.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel; his children, Angela (Jimmy), Andrea (Brian) and Mark (Nicole); his grandchildren, Ashley, Laura (Ben), Derek (Danielle), Luke and Ben; his great grandchild Lane; his siblings, Floanna, Cameron (Clare), Cecil (Mary), Alex (Willena) and Lauchie (Millie); his uncle Gussie; and his siblings-in-law, Middy (late Mattie), Olga (Scott) and Sandy (Deanna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Matthew's United Church Cemetery Fund, the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital Charitable Foundation, or the Inverness Food Bank.
