It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roderick Colonel Smith (Inverness, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Angus and Katie Anne Smith; his siblings, Pauline, Gordon, Bernie and Joe; and his stepson John (Hippy).
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his siblings, Rachael (Bob) and Donnie; his sister-in-law Cindy; his stepchildren, Jimmy and Norma Jean (Trent); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Seth, Mitchell and Chloe. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
