He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Cooke. He is survived by: his mother Florence Cooke (White); his siblings, Lloyd and Lorraine Cooke; his nephews, Jesse Cooke and Zachary Forth; and his close friends, Lyndon and Amanda Craig. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
