She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Henderson and Vera Henderson (Burke); her husband Findlay Harvey Cooke; her sister Joan Hirtle (John); and her niece Deborah Joan Murray (Hirtle).
She is survived by: her close friend Joan Ryan; her sibling's children, Sandra Pirie (Ned), James Hirtle (Crystal Thorburn) and Michael Hirtle (Donna Brekker); her cousin Kathryn MacDonald; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Terry, Shannon, Jordan, Bradley, Katelyn, Ross and Megan.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Isaac's Harbour Cemetery.
