Minnie Green Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Green of Kennetcook, Nova Scotia, born in Riverside Corner, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rines and Nina Rines (Lighten); her husband Wilfred; her grandson Matthew; and her siblings, Frank, Elroy, Kenneth, Hazel Campbell, Nora Steward, Norris'Peter", Harris, Abner, William "Bill" and Lillian McLellan.
She is survived by: her children, Carol (Greg) of Dawson Creek, B. C., Laurie of Houston, B. C., Phillip (Anne) and Vernon; and her sister Marion Rines. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home - Kennetcook (6571 NS-354, Kennetcook, NS B0N 1P0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
