He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrt MacNeil and Connie MacNeil. He is survived by: his siblings, Margie (Brad), Dave (Bev) and Phil (Denise); his nephews, Dustin (Nicole) and Madison (Dana); his great-nephew Lane; and his great-niece Brooke.

Andy had applied to the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery, Phoenix, Arizona, but that dream was brought to a halt by COVID.

Donations in Andy's memory may be made to Valley Hospice Foundation.
