She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lindsay and Isabella Lindsay (Hunter); her husband Captain Ronald Gebhardt; her grandson William; her brother William; and her close friend Sherald.

She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Alexa Vodicka), Jennifer (Grant Poulin) and Peter (Andrea Van Zoost); her grandchildren, Madeline, Ava, Evelyn and Emmett; and her sisters, Jean (Charles Mackenzie), Sarah (William Nee) and Kathleen (Basil Hall). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and, friends.
