He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin MacKenzie and Stella MacKenzie (Pudsey); and his siblings, Shona Keefe and Earl. He is survived by: his wife Anne (West); his children, Christine MacKenzie and Alex MacKenzie (Alanna); his grandchildren, London, Liv and Lawson; his siblings, Janet Neil (Murray), Pat Rafuse (George), Laurie (Sabina) and David (Sylvia); and his brother-in-law Wayne Keefe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
