He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Higgins and Elva Higgins (Hardwick); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Higgins and Pauline Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Pennington; his children, Shawn Wallace (Suraya), Samantha "Sam" Higgins and Alan Pennington (Dragon Lynx); his siblings, Ralph, Keith, Scot, Ivan Higgins (Sue) and Ardith Higgins; and his grandchildren, Isadora, Isaac Wallace and Hayden Hudson.
