He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie and William; his brother David Rose (Winnipeg); and his daughter Lisa McPhaden (Winnipeg). He is survived by: his sister Kerol Rose (Emanuel Jannasch); his children, Michael McPhaden (Christine Horne), Jacob Rose, Mooney (Alexis) and Caitlin Rose (Bruce McGaw); and his grandchildren, Jack, Oliver, Dorothy and Elliot.
