He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Thomas Walker Law and Lillie Law; and his daughters, Jennifer and Heather. He is survived by: his wife Carol Nickerson; his daughters, Vanessa and Larissa; his grandchildren, Ilaria and Magnus; his sons-in-law, Robinson and Chase; and his grandsons, Connor and Liam.
