We announce the death of Burton Eric Cranton (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 78. Burton will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Mary. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cranton (Bent); his sons, Charles and Joshua (Francine); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Makayla (Kyle), Abigail, Adalyn, Amelia, Charlie, Allison, Thomas, Anna and Alaine; and his pets, Ally, Teddy and Mallow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Annapolis Area Food Bank Society or the Breakfast program at Champlain Elementary School.
