He is survived by : his parents, Maria Spencer and Michael Palmer; his siblings, Jamie, Emily May, Shauntel Troup and Nathaniel Palmer; his daughters, Careana Spencer and Airel Hartling; and his grandparents, Betty Spencer (Croft) and Donald Spencer.
