He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bonnar (Jessome) and Charles Bonnar; his wife Dorothy Bonnar (Whitmarsh); his son-in-law Mark "Mink" DiCarlo; his siblings, Helen Landry, Theresa Moffatt of Guelph, Charles and Gerald of Alder Point; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Landry, George Powers, Catherine Archdeacon and Goldie Bonnar.
He is survived by: his children, Liz Bonnar, John Bonnar, Barb Bonnar and Peggy DiCarlo; his friends, Doreen Powers (Bonnar) and Jean Farrelly (Whitmarsh) of Guelph; and his grandchildren, Chantal Sasseville, Joy DiCarlo and Robert Workman. He is also survived by his children; his sister.
