He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon McDow and Hattie McDow (Russell); his parents-in-law, Grant and Margaret Lockhart; his siblings, Hewitt Russell (Alma), Firman (Marilyn), Rona Sweet (Albert), Brayden "Butch" and Ira; and his brother-in-law Ronald Carey.
He is survived by: his children, Eva Cook (Paul), Pine Grove, Lisa Cook (Steven), Hebbs Cross, Nadine Beaudoin (Jacques) and Jerome McDow (Krista); his grandchildren, Benjamin (Kayla Rhodenizer), Hannah (Elliot Wajchendler), Leah Mercer (Ryan), Abigail (Thomas Smith), Miranda Heim (Bruce), Grant Cook and Kiya (Nathan Henley); his sister D. Doreen Carey; and his sister-in-law Jeannie McDow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
