He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Levy and Marion Levy (Edwards); his wife Joy (Cavanagh); and his siblings, Marion White (Bernard) and Joseph Levy.

He is survived by: his daughter Kimberley "Kim"; his grandchildren, Ethan, Colby and Jax Carter; his sister Helen Book (Bill); his sister-in-law Julie Levy; and his sibling's children, Terri O'Neill (Steven) and Kevin Book (Tanis).
