She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth MacFarlane and Daniel MacFarlane; and her sisters, Freda (Lindsay Carter), Frona (Donald Ripley), Bonnie (Wayne Milne) and Myrna (Robert Fencer).
She is survived by: her sister Eleanor (Don Schmidt) of British Columbia; her brother-in-law Will LeBlanc of Dartmouth; her husband Allan Bishop of New Minas; her children, Scott (Kerry), Andrea (Scott) and Jonathan (Lori); and her grandchildren, Grace, Claire, Eva, Mila, Elizabeth and Samuel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
