She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence and Dorothy (Bennett); her significant other Blake Robert Melvin; and her siblings, Audrey Aker (Eric), Thelma Thurston (Les), Max Pettigrew and Carole.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gerald (Paulette) and Wayne; her children, Rodney (Wanda), Mike (Lin), Tanya (Jody) and Tracey; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Amber, Michaela, Cassidy and Stacey; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Sophia, Kelly, Lily and Poppy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
