He was predeceased by: his parent Arnold Duggan; and his siblings, Marion Malone, Helen Fasevich, Patrick, Mervyn, Kenneth and Gerry.
He is survived by: his parent Hazel Duggan (Collins); his children, Heather Duggan of Bedford, Belinda Duggan (Red Deer), Wayne (Red Deer) and Paul of Lower Sackville; his grandchildren, Aimee Duggan, Keelan Duggan, Jaymie Kelly (Kyle), Nicole Illsley, Brittney Illsley, Jaden Duggan and Kathleen Skinner; his son-in-law Bev Illsley; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, London, Bailee, Emma, Owen, Lane and Brooke; and his siblings, Noreen Larkin of Halifax, Pauline Fyfe, Beverly Duggan, Allen (Anita) and Norman of Kentville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
