She was predeceased by: her husband Reg Foley; her parents, Frank Palmer and Matilda Palmer (Evans); her siblings, Verna Ward and Norman Palmer; and her close friend Jim Borden.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalind MacMullen (Craig) of Centreville, Robert (Cathy) of Centreville and Davlyn Stark (Robert) of Centreville; her grandchildren, Adam Killam, Andrew Morton, Michael Morton, Robert Foley (Chelsea), Craig Foley, Julia (Iain Hollis), Lorianne (Robert Townsend), Graham Stark (Michelle), Fraser Stark (Rosemary), Duncan Stark and Iain Stark (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Madison, MacKenna, Nadia, Brynn, Lydia, Elise, Eben, Jensen, Emily, Grady, Huxley, Bennett, Logan, Colin, Allyson, Ashley and Hudson.
