He was predeceased by: his parent Archibald Schofield; his wife Greta Schofield (Thomson); and his siblings, Earl, Dean, Ronald, Rex, Bob, Vilda, Evelyn and Edith.
He is survived by: his parent Eva Schofield (Corkum); his children, Greg Schofield of New Minas, Pamela Mills (Doug) of Greenwich, Jeffrey Schofield (Patricia), Little River Lake and Janice Schofield Davis (Daryl) of White Rock; his sister Alberta MacLellan of Moncton; and his brothers-in-law, William Thomson (Vera) of Port Williams, Frank Prospero of Ontario and Donald Hall.
