He is survived by: his significant other Mary Marshall of Kentville, NS; his sons, René (Marion) of Quispamsis, NB and André of Prince George, BC; his grandchildren, Alexander, Chloé, Andréas, Marcella, Morgan and Nicholas; and his siblings, Alphonse Pitre and Fernande Thoma.
