He was predeceased by: his parent Merrill Crouse; his former wife Elizabeth Crouse (Dill); and his son Jeffrey Crouse. He is survived by: his parent Pansy Crouse (Steele); his wife Bessie (Kane); his children, David Hines (Lauralee) of Kentville, Andrew Hines (Teresa) of Lakeville, Sherri Weisner (Rick) of Sheffield Mills, Joy Crouse (Adam), Chastity Crouse, Elisha Crouse of Wolfville and Cory Crouse (Donna); and his sister Marie Weir (Douglas) of Kentville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and a great-grandson.
