He was predeceased by: his parent William "Harry" of Kingston, NB.; his siblings, Lloyd Fowler (Jean), Fraser Fowler (Ann) and Enid Ackles (Doug); and his son Barry Fowler.
He is survived by: his parent Olive Gertrude Fowler (Killan) of Kingston, NB.; his brother Building Contractors; his wife Muriel; his sons, Richard (Linda Henshaw), Lyle (Kathryn Gates), Paul (Sharon Dexter) and Peter (Doris Croft); his grandchildren, Seth, Adam, Jason, Melissa, Lindsay, Tristan, Ashley, Karah, Samantha and Cassie; and his brother Kenneth Fowler (Joan).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, Gideons International in Canada, New Minas Baptist Church, or the charity of one's choice.
