She was predeceased by: her parent František Vaculík; her husband Frank Wenceslas Soukup; and her brother Oldřich Vaculík. She is survived by: her parent Ludmila Vaculíková (Koštová); her children, Helena Soukup of Toronto and Peter Soukup; her granddaughter Kyra Soukup White; her nephew Oldřich Vaculík; and also, Austria, Kentville and Svitavy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
