He was predeceased by: his parent Uena Burgess of Kentville, NS.; his son Timothy Burgess; and his siblings, Sam, Babe, Garth, Mervyn, Annie and Adelle.
He is survived by: his children, Harvey Jr. (Carol), Richard (Janet) and Kalvin (Sandy); and his brother Nelson (Joan). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
