It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen May Mahar (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen May Mahar to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Leslie "Lucky" Mahar. She is survived by : her children, Bill (Susan), Clara, Barb (Larry Wilson), Louise (Stephen Gessey) and Helen (Greg Young); her siblings, Madeline Gowans, Joe and Norris Wilson; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Alyson, Andrew, Zenon, Shawn, Blair, Tammy, John, Shane, Nathan and Zack. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.

Because of Covid restrictions, funeral service participants are limited.
