He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Duggan and Edith Duggan; and his brother-in-law Doug Shute. He is survived by: his children, Cristen and Kyle (Kara); his wife Raya; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Logan, Caleb, Joshua, Kylie, Riley and Gabriella; his sister Sandra (Shute); his niece Stefanie; and his nephew Andrew (Susan).
