He is survived by: his parents, Ivan Howard Moore and Marilyn Moore (Warren); his children, Michelle Moore (William Ray) and Nathan Moore (Maude Benoit); his grandchildren, James and Violet; and his significant other Brenda Tibbets. He is also survived by his parents, his brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to write to your provincial Health Minister and urge them to implement an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Program in your province.
