She is survived by: her parents, John Dowell and Esther Dowell (Huntley) of Vancouver, BC.; her husband Mark Strickland; her daughters, Danielle Strickland (Tyler Jordan), Kingston, Morgan Strickland (Thomas Symonds), Rachael Swinamer (Daniel) and MacKenzie Strickland; her grandchildren, Jolene and Benjamin Swinamer; her brothers, Douglas Dowell (Heidi) of Vancouver, BC and Mark Dowell (Meghan Cairns) of Vancouver, BC; her father-in-law Thomas Strickland; and her pets, Elliot, Brandi, Pita and Rocket. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
