He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Welton; his significant other Marion Barkhouse; and his sister Jean Wood. He is survived by: his parent Muriel Welton (Simpson); his sons, Donald (Dawn), Charles (Kim) and William (Tina); his grandchildren, Emily Welton, Abby Welton, Crystal Haggerty (Steven), Joseph Welton and Makenzie Welton; and his great grandchildren, Byron Burton (Alisha Kelly), Linden and Lillee-Mae.
