He is survived by: his parent Alice England (Bell); his wife Cora (Saltzman); his children, Russell Saulnier (Melinda) of Kentville and Laverne Carter (Michael); his grandchildren, Owen, Jayden, Zack, Zoey, Brandon and Kaitlin; and his siblings, Kenny of South Alton, Jeff, Terry, Bridgewater, Alice of Ontario, Jackie, Yarmouth and Phyllis.
