Owen Christopher Hennigar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen Christopher Hennigar (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Hennigar and Mary Hennigar (Williams); his spouse Hughanne Hennigar (King); and his siblings, Eric and Theo.

He is survived by: his sons, Jay (Yarmouth), Troy (Ottawa) and Matthew (Kathleen Batstone); his siblings, Terry Hennigar (Heather), Dawn Coldwell (Doug) and Marianne Dakin (Aubrey); and his grandchildren, Ryan Hennigar, Ethan Hennigar, Emily Hennigar, Baily and Aether Hennigar.

Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
