It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Cornelius Dekker of Kentville, Nova Scotia, born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on January 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dekker and Johanna "Annie" Dekker (Pauptit); his siblings, Kathleen Mugridge and John; and his sister-in-law Isabel.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicky" (Brooks); his sons, Kenneth (Allison) and Steven (Audrey); his grandchildren, Colin, Amelia and Emily; his siblings, Marie MacDonald, Betty Mann (Kenneth) and Adrian; and his parents-in-law, Vera Dekker, Nancy, Barry Lesser, Ted, Judy Brooks, Jeffrey Brooks, Barbara Tolloczko, Margaret, Pierre Legault and Jennifer Brooks. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks will be required, and social distancing will be observed.
