He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smyth and Patricia Smyth (Johns). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jeffery and Lindsay; his grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah and Arabella; his siblings, Arthur (Vicki), Eric, Dorothy "Missy" (Jim) and Pearl Dominey (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Donna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
