It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Mae Anthony (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kelley and Ora Kelley (Wood) of West Brooklyn, NS.; her former husband Kenneth Anthony; and her siblings, Nancy Tompkins, Pat Massicott, Gladys Coleman, Alice Shanks, Paul Kelley and Sam Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Barrie Salter; her son Kevin (Kimberly); her grandsons, Gabriel and Elijah; and her siblings, Margaret Pellow, Orabelle Kennedy, Sarah Schofield and Frank Kelley.
Memorial donations may be made to Valley Hospice Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
