It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Alexander Ward (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Marie-José; his parents, Theresa Goyetche and George Henry Ward; his siblings, Pamela, Lyall, Warren, Danny and Kelley; and his children, Thomas, Paul, Oliver and Claire. He was also cherished by his nine grandchildren.

He was born October 21, 1954 and attended Bishop's University, where he was distinguished twice as an All Canadian Linebacker for the Gaiters and received the Golden Mitre Award for his contribution to student life and, culture.
