She was predeceased by: her parent James Herbert; her husband Michael James Ellsworth; and her daughters, Ruth "Ningie" and Catherine "Cathy". She is survived by: her parent Sarah Maude Ann Jewkes (Moore); and her children, Michael "Mickey" and Theresa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; nieces, nephews and many friends.
